What do you do, and what led you to your career?

I’m a Principal Consultant – Marketing Cloud, passionate about excellent customer solutions across technology, data and engagement.

I have been working in Marketing & Digital Customer Solutions for more than two decades now; I have always had a knack for finding innovative ways to do things differently, which works well in crafting customer engagement solutions.

What is the most important thing you have learned in the last five years?

When I joined Aware a year ago, I had all the four main SFMC certs and thought at the time, this it is, I am not going to get any more. However, when the opportunity is staring right at you, it only makes sense to seize it. And now, I can genuinely say I have them all – more than doubled my SFMC certs within a year, and it looks like the end is not there yet 😉.

How do you define success?

Being recognized for the work my team and I do, the friends I have, and for staying healthy.

What technology is exciting you at the moment and why?

It’s a combination of technology and systems that communicate seamlessly with one another and use customer data for good to create meaningful, real-time solutions that make life easier. That excites me.

What’s your go-to productivity trick?

I try not to get distracted by email notifications while working on other activities.
